However, recently, Indira finally spoke up through a podcast with Deddy Corbuzier. In it, she admitted her mistake and apologized for her words that caused uproar and hurt some parties.
"How could I say something like that and not realize that I have followers," said Indira Kalistha while sobbing.
Aware of her mistake, Indira apologized while occasionally crying. She admitted that she never intended to hurt the healthcare workers' feelings at that time.
"After this incident, I want to learn more. I want to apologize to everyone, I didn't know that my words would turn out like this. I definitely didn't mean to underestimate the medical workers, no," she said.

In the 26-minute podcast, Indira also admitted that she has a blunt and straightforward nature without thinking first. Seeing the criticisms from netizens calling her stupid, Indira couldn't get angry and fully agreed.
"You're right, I'm stupid, speaking without thinking first is absolutely true. I don't reject being called that because I know I'm wrong," Indira continued.
Furthermore, Indira advised that no one should imitate or follow her statements in the interview with Gritte. According to her confession, she always wears a mask and maintains cleanliness.
"You shouldn't listen to what I said there because I always wear a mask and I always carry wet tissues with alcohol in my bag. So, my words there are completely nonsensical. I want to apologize, please don't follow my words. Take care of your health, wear a mask, and always maintain cleanliness," she concluded.
