Kapanlagi.com - Becoming the champion of Dangdut Academy 6 some time ago has certainly changed the life of a young man named Owan. He, who was originally just a regular village youth, is now known for his skill in singing competitions.
However, Owan himself still can't believe his achievements in life. When met at Kapanlagi Youniverse, Central Jakarta, on Tuesday (28/5), Owan said that since the beginning of joining the Dangdut Academy 6 competition, he was challenged to bring home the champion title.
"I still can't believe it, I never thought of becoming an artist. When I auditioned, I was directly challenged to become a champion. That definitely became more motivation for me when I passed," said Owan DA.

During Owan's journey in the competition, he definitely felt the impact of challenges. This includes the insults that came through social media and also approached him.
"Well, it's because I used to live in a village and now I'm in a different city," he said.

But fortunately, Owan doesn't think much about that. Moreover, he has another goal when he successfully won the championship, which is to fund his sibling's education.
"It's just normal, Alhamdulillah, I don't think about it because one of my goals is to fund my sibling's education," he concluded.
