Shocking news comes from the household of Insanul Fahmi and the celebrity Wardatina Mawa. Insanul's first wife is reported to have filed for divorce against her husband in the Medan Religious Court (PA). In response to this, Insanul Fahmi finally spoke up through a virtual interview and expressed his feelings.

Insanul admitted he was surprised by the drastic step taken by Wardatina Mawa. He revealed that he is still conflicted about how to respond to the lawsuit, between letting go of the separation or continuing to fight for the integrity of his household for the sake of their child.

"Yes, actually there was a shock, there was a thought like still 50-50 to consider trying to let go or to try to fight for it, right? Because if you think about it, on one hand there is a child like that, on the other hand this has been dragging on, right?" said Insanul Fahmi to the media via zoom, Friday (27/2/2026).

The issue of the existence of a secret wife, Inara Rusli, and the interference of outside parties are suspected to be the triggers for the rift in this couple's relationship, which has led to a lawsuit in Medan.

Regarding rumors that he has pronounced talak to Wardatina Mawa via text message, Insanul strongly denied it. He emphasized that he has never uttered the words divorce or talak to his legitimate wife.

"No, no. I have never divorced via mobile phone, I have never divorced. I feel like I have never done that," he asserted.

However, Insanul does not deny the deep disappointment within him.

He regrets why the household issues that should have been resolved amicably now have to end up in the courtroom of the Medan Religious Court.

"From my side, of course, I want to maintain it. But we see that this condition has become very chaotic, it has dragged on for too long. It's not good for everything to be public consumption," concluded Insanul.
