Insanul Fahmi Examined Over Allegations of Adultery with Inara Rusli, Answered 30 Questions

Insanul Fahmi finally fulfilled the summons from the investigators of Polda Metro Jaya to provide an official statement regarding the turmoil in his marriage with Inara Rusli. His presence was a follow-up to the report filed by his wife, Wardatina Mawa, concerning allegations of adultery.

The examination was conducted at the Women and Children Service Unit (PPA) to delve into the ongoing legal report. Given that this case has attracted public attention, Insanul appeared with a cooperative demeanor to undergo the initial clarification process as the reported party.

He did not provide many lengthy comments upon arriving at the police building, but he ensured that his purpose for being there was to comply with legal procedures and to provide the authorities with accurate explanations.

"Providing statements, giving clarifications, yes. Alhamdulillah, please pray for the best, bismillah," said Insanul Fahmi when met after undergoing examination at the PPA Unit, Wednesday (24/12/2015).

The examination of Insanul Fahmi is closely related to the allegations of violating Article 284 of the Criminal Code regarding adultery. Although the situation is complicated, Insanul still hopes that this legal issue can be resolved in the best way for all parties involved. He also expressed gratitude that the process of providing statements could be carried out without significant obstacles.

The process of taking statements took quite a long time, from the afternoon until nightfall. Insanul admitted that he received dozens of questions from the investigative team to detail the chronology and facts related to the report from his wife. After completing that agenda, he felt much calmer and relieved because he had provided clarification.

"Maybe around 30 times, but there were indeed many repeated questions. Yes, thank God, thank God it feels more relieved. Just pray for the best, okay," explained Insanul Fahmi.

In addition to focusing on the report of alleged adultery that ensnared him, Insanul was also briefly asked about the developments of the report against the initial P and the alleged involvement of the initial A as the distributor of the video. He chose to leave the matter of proof entirely to the police so that it could be examined more thoroughly in accordance with applicable legal regulations for the sake of justice.
