Insanul Fahmi Submits New Evidence in Illegal Access Case to Bareskrim, Feels Trapped

Insanul Fahmi, accompanied by his legal counsel, Gustomi, returned to Bareskrim Polri for questioning related to the alleged illegal access case. In this examination, Fahmi's side brought several crucial pieces of evidence that strengthen the suspicion of a trap being set against him.

Insanul Fahmi's legal counsel, Gustomi, stated that his client had answered around 40 questions posed by the investigators. In addition to providing testimony, they also submitted three additional pieces of evidence to strengthen the report.

"We have submitted new evidence related to the illegal access to Mr. Kanit. The evidence we attached includes screenshots of conversations (chat), voice recordings (voice notes), and video evidence," said Gustomi at Bareskrim Polri on Tuesday (24/12/2025).

Insanul Fahmi admitted to being very disappointed after discovering the allegation that the CCTV recordings were being sold or monetized by the individual in question.

"I was actually shocked because I know the person, although not very closely. He is a trusted person, with the initial A, who works with Inara. I hope this perpetrator can be caught quickly because his actions have harmed many parties," Fahmi stated.

Insanul Fahmi openly admitted to feeling like a victim of entrapment. This belief arose after he listened to the contents of the voice note, which has now been submitted to the police as evidence.

"I feel very trapped. Based on the voice note evidence I heard, this has actually been planned for a long time. This is not just my suspicion, but there is proof. I hope it will be revealed soon by the investigators," he said.

He regrets the involvement of a third party in his relationship with Wardatina Mawa and Inara Rusli for material gain. Fahmi believes there is a deliberate effort to exploit this moment for monetization purposes.

"I am very disappointed. My relationship with M and I should be just fine. But because there are people trying to profit and monetize the situation, I feel very harmed," Fahmi concluded.
