Nafa Urbach Forgives the Robbers, Legal Process Continues

"Directly to me has (apologized)... spoke to me, I have forgiven them. Yes, but that is no longer within his authority in this matter, absolutely," said Andi Irfan at the Tangerang District Court, Monday (15/12/2025).

Although the door to forgiveness has been opened, the legal process does not automatically stop. This is because the police report made is model A (LP A), which means that the report was made by the police themselves, not a complaint from the victim (LP B).

"Now if it's LP A, it cannot automatically be subject to Restorative Justice when the victim apologizes. It becomes the discretion of the investigator. This is what I am also a bit worried about with the Police from the beginning," explained Andi.

In the hearing, Nafa Urbach's sister, Maya Urbach, was also present to give testimony. Maya confirmed that her sister suffered material and immaterial losses due to the incident, but she remains open-hearted to forgive.

"And earlier, Mrs. Maya also mentioned in the conference that personally she has forgiven the defendants, but of course she leaves the process to the ongoing legal proceedings," added Sija Putra, a member of Andi's legal team.

The legal team hopes that the panel of judges will consider the cooperative attitude of the defendants and the forgiveness from the victim when delivering the verdict. They emphasize the humanitarian aspect considering the backgrounds of the defendants who are not recidivists.

The looting incident at Zack Lee's house took place in a house in the Bintaro area, South Tangerang. The house is known to be a rented place occupied by Nafa Urbach's ex-husband, Zack Lee, along with their child.During the incident, the mob looted various items from inside the house. The items taken included not only luxury goods such as bags, shoes, and gold, but also electronic equipment like televisions and air conditioners, as well as household furniture and the contents of the refrigerator.
