The struggle of Denada to sell her luxury house seems to still be without a clear resolution. The house she has been marketing for some time for medical expenses and living costs has not yet found a suitable buyer. Nevertheless, Denada remains optimistic and entrusts everything to the fortune that God has arranged.

When asked about the progress of the sale of her property assets, Denada admitted that there has been no sales agreement (dealing) that has occurred. She asked for prayers that the sale of her house could be realized soon and made easier.

"If not yet, then not yet. Yes, hopefully just pray for it," said Denada when met in the Tendean area, South Jakarta, Tuesday (16/12/2025).

Interestingly, Denada mentioned the famous comedian Andre Taulany in her interview. Considering that Andre's house is nearby her asset, Denada jokingly hoped that the "Sultan of Bintaro" would be interested in buying it.

"Who knows if Pak Haji Andre wants it? Because his house is close by. But just pray for it," joked Denada.

Although it hasn't been sold yet, Denada remains calm and believes that the right time will come. For her, sustenance is already arranged, and she is confident that the process of selling this house will be made easy in due time. "Later, if it’s meant to be, it will definitely be made easy. Denada has a total of 3 houses. All three are for sale, and this is one of her houses. This house is located in Pejaten. Before moving to Singapore, Denada and her daughter lived here.
