Kapanlagi.com - Artist Raffi Ahmad with his extended family will fly to the Holy Land to perform the Hajj pilgrimage on Saturday (8/6/2024).

One day before his departure, Raffi Ahmad held a religious gathering and a celebration for the new RANS office, on Friday (7/6/2024).

Raffi Ahmad admitted to continuously seeking forgiveness from the Almighty. The father of two children increases istighfar (seeking forgiveness) and repentance prayers to cleanse his heart.

"If I am sincerely willing. When going on Hajj, you can't complain, so I just go along. This whole week, I've been doing istighfar and repentance prayers continuously," said Raffi Ahmad at the RANS office in the BSD Tangerang area, on Friday (7/6/2024).

Before leaving for the Holy Land, Raffi Ahmad admitted that his wife, Nagita Slavina, always cries.

According to him, Nagita cries because their two children, Rafathar Malik Ahmad and Rayyanza Malik Ahmad, did not go to the Holy Land.

"If my wife keeps crying because Rayanza and Rafathar didn't go," said Raffi Ahmad.

Raffi is very enthusiastic to immediately perform the fifth pillar of Islam. Moreover, this is his first time going on Hajj.

"Alhamdulillah, I'm always nervous. Last year, I also received an invitation from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia," he said.

"But it wasn't ready at that time, the point is it wasn't meant to be. Last year I wanted to go but it didn't happen, I even went through the pilgrimage preparation. Hopefully this year," added Raffi Ahmad.

During their time in the Holy Land, Raffi and his family will perform the Hajj pilgrimage for 17 days. He plans to utilize this time to pray at places that are considered sacred.

"There, we will pray, and of course, each of us who is going has our own intentions," said Raffi. "The important thing is to stay healthy."

In addition to Nagita Slavina, Raffi will also be going with Rieta Amalia, Caca Tengker, Amy Qanita, Syahnaz Sadiqah, and Nisya Ahmad. Furthermore, Raffi is also bringing along three RANS employees.

"The husbands (his younger siblings) didn't join, they stayed at home taking care of the children," concluded Raffi Ahmad.
