Involved in Online Prostitution, Cassandra Angelie, 'Ikatan Cinta' Player, Sets a Price of 30 Million for a Date

Kapanlagi.com - An artist with the initials CA, also known as Cassandra Angelie, was arrested by the police for alleged prostitution. Cassandra was arrested at the Ascott Hotel in Central Jakarta on Wednesday (29/12/2021). This was revealed by the Head of Public Relations of the Jakarta Metro Police, Commissioner Endra Zulpan, on Friday (31/12/2021).

"The incident occurred on Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at around 21:20 WIB at the Ascott Hotel on Kebon Kacang Street, Central Jakarta," said Zulpan at the Jakarta Metro Police on Friday (31/12/2021).

Cassandra was apprehended at the Ascott Hotel while being naked with a man. From the arrest, the police also arrested three other suspects who were identified as pimps involved in the online prostitution activities.

"The modus operandi used was that they offered their services through social media by sending pictures of CA," said Zulpan.

1. Secure Underwear

In addition, the police secured several pieces of evidence such as bras and underwear, mobile phones, and ATM cards that recorded their online prostitution transactions.

"Several mobile phones, ATMs, transfer evidence, evidence of money recipients, and also several underwear. Those are the pieces of evidence seized from the perpetrators, so all of their mobile phones are evidence," he said.

2. 30 Million Tariff

Regarding the tariff for a date, Zulpan revealed that Cassandra set a price of Rp 30 million. That price is the tariff for a date with the artist, but it is not specified for short time or long time bookings.

"The tariff is 30 million," Zulpan concluded.

3. Arrest

Previously, the police arrested an artist related to an online prostitution case. This time, the initial of the soap opera artist is CA, who was successfully apprehended by the Jakarta Metropolitan Police.

The arrest was based on information from the Head of Sub-Directorate I of the Special Crimes Directorate (Ditreskrimsus) of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police, Commissioner I Made Redi.

4. Artist CA

"At the end of this year, based on reports from the public, we have successfully apprehended a soap opera artist with the initials CA who is involved in a prostitution case," said I Made Redi in a video statement on the Instagram account @kapoldametrojaya, Friday (31/12/2021).

I Made Redi continued, CA was arrested at a hotel in Central Jakarta. Currently, CA is undergoing intensive questioning.

5. At the Hotel

"Arrested at one of the luxury hotels in Central Jakarta. Security measures have been carried out in accordance with applicable procedures and involve female police officers," he said.

For more information, I Made will explain it in a press conference. "Further information will be provided at the press conference," he concluded.
