Involved in the Film 'RUMAH IBLIS', Aura Kasih Reveals Scary Filming Location

Kapanlagi.com - Aura Kasih made a comeback to the film industry by starring in RUMAH IBLIS. Through the horror genre, she portrays a mother named Maya who moves from the city to a village and experiences terrifying terror in her new home.

When filming in a house in the middle of the forest in Yogyakarta, Aura admitted that the residence used had an unpleasant atmosphere. So her hair stood on end when she was there.

"The house is really in the middle of the forest. (The atmosphere) in the house is not pleasant, it's horror, the energy is not good," said Aura when met in the Plaza Senayan area, Central Jakarta, on Monday (20/11/2023).

1. Figure Blocking Camera View

There was a creepy incident experienced by Aura Kasih during a photo shoot for one scene. A figure blocked the camera's view, but when asked to move, it turned out that there was no one there.

"There was one that was really exciting. When we were about to take the shot, the director said, 'Who is there? Don't be there!'. But there was no one. Then we immediately looked at the monitor and said, 'What's going on? What's going on?'," explained Aura.

2. Acting alongside Edward Akbar

In the movie RUMAH IBLIS, Aura Kasih acted alongside Edward Akbar. Although it was their first time working together in Bambang Drias' horror film, Edward did not find it difficult.

"There was no weird drama when building chemistry with Aura before shooting. Aura is very open and she gives a lot of input. We communicate to make the script better," said Edward.
