The perpetrator of the Coldplay concert ticket fraud, held at Gelora Bung Karno, Jakarta, has finally been captured. Ghisca Debora Aritonang has been named as a suspect in the fraud case by the Metro Jaya Police, Jakarta. Now, she is already wearing an orange prisoner's uniform.

Police have named 19-year-old student Ghisca Debora Aritonang as a suspect in the Coldplay concert ticket fraud case. Ghisca was named a suspect after receiving 6 reports from complainants.
"On Friday, November 17, 2024, we named her a suspect and we have detained her since last Friday," said Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief Commissioner Susatyo Purnomo Condro during a press conference at the Central Jakarta Metro Police Station on Monday (20/11/2023).
From the six reports, Ghisca has embezzled Rp5.1 billion or the equivalent of 2,268 concert tickets from various categories.
During the press conference, this Management Department student from Trisakti University appeared downcast. While being presented in front of journalists, Ghisca could only lower her face.
Ghisca even admitted to his evil deeds. In fact, some of the money obtained from fraud has been used to buy various luxury items that have now been confiscated by the police.
In her confession, while conducting transactions with the victims, Ghisca admitted that she knew someone on the inside or was acquainted with the promoter. This is what made the victims feel convinced.
Kombes Susatyo also stated that Ghisca's modus operandi was to only take Rp250,000 from the ticket price purchased by the victims. "The modus operandi, the suspect (claimed to the victims) took Rp 250,000 per ticket," said Susatyo.
For his actions, Ghisca is charged under Article 378 of the Criminal Code regarding Fraud in conjunction with Article 372 of the Criminal Code regarding Embezzlement, with a maximum punishment of four years in prison.
