Irish Bella Confides Her Days Full of Spiritual Trials After Ammar Zoni's Re-Arrest for Drugs: I Have to Be Strong

Kapanlagi.com - Irish Bella shares her days after her husband, Ammar Zoni, was arrested by the police for drug abuse. Irish Bella says that her days have been full of trials since then.

"Masha Allah, life is always extraordinary, full of tests," said Irish Bella when met in the Melawai area, South Jakarta, Sunday (28/1/2024).

Not wanting to be further devastated by the situation, Irish Bella has repeatedly denied that her mental state is not affected by Ammar Zoni's presence in prison.

"If I may share a little, this became problematic for me at the time. So when I was hit by a trial, I was more like, 'I have to be strong,'" said Irish Bella.

1. Don't Want to Appear Weak

Irish Bella admits that she doesn't want to appear weak and she has to be a tough mother for her children, while their father is serving a sentence for drug abuse.

"As a woman with two children, I have to quickly recover. I can't be devastated, I can't cry, I can't be sensitive," said Irish Bella.

However, as time goes by, the 27-year-old woman realizes that keeping her pain to herself is not a good way to move on with her life. She finally accepts the fact that she is disappointed in her husband for falling back into the same hole.

"It turns out that it's completely wrong. It actually makes it difficult for me to recover because I didn't allow myself to accept," explained Irish Bella.

"From there, I learned that, it's okay not to be okay. It's okay to be sad or cry. Being a strong woman doesn't mean you can't cry, you can't be angry, you can't do anything," Irish Bella concluded.

2. Ammar Zoni's Case

As known, Ammar Zoni was arrested by the West Jakarta Metro Police for the third time for alleged drug abuse of marijuana and methamphetamine. Ammar was detained in his apartment in the Tanggerang area.

Currently, Ammar is still in custody at the West Jakarta Metro Police detention center until his case is complete for trial. Ammar admitted to using drugs again due to problems in his marriage with Irish Bella, which led to the brink of destruction after his wife filed for divorce.
