Islam is Peaceful and Respectful, Shandy Aulia's Father Emphasizes Not Calling His Daughter an Infidel

According to Shandy's father, Islam teaches about goodness and mutual respect.

"In Islam, we are taught that we should be good to each other, help each other, respect each other, and not disturb each other," he said.

2. Stay Peaceful

Not only that, goodness and mutual respect should also be shown to people of other religions.

"Even when living next to non-Muslims, we should still live in peace. So in Islam, there is no such thing as discrimination, like, oh, he's a Christian, he's an infidel, and so on. We are not allowed to do that," he continued.

3. Shandy Wants to Learn Islam

Shandy's father does not call her an infidel, although it is undeniable that he wants Shandy to learn Islam.

"Your father cries and sheds tears every night, praying only for you. Praying that you may find guidance to learn about Islam, not necessarily to convert to Islam," he explained.

4. Hoping Shandy Can Get Guidance

This desire has been expressed multiple times by Shandy's father. He always prays for Shandy to receive guidance.

"There's only one thing I care about, by Allah if I lie, only you I will save. Praying for you to receive guidance to learn the true religion of Islam," he concluded.
