Ivan Gunawan Called to be a Witness in the Case of an Illegal Beauty Salon, First Experience Entering the Courtroom

Kapanlagi.com - On Thursday (9/7) yesterday, the famous presenter and designer, Ivan Gunawan, was seen visiting the North Jakarta District Court. After some investigation, Igun, as he is familiarly called, was called to be a witness in a case of an illegal beauty salon.

Igun himself was called because he had also used the services of the salon. One thing to note is that this 39-year-old man at that time had no idea that the salon he visited had problems.

"Today I am giving testimony regarding the accusation against one of the beauty salons. And I happened to use their services, about 6 years ago I had done eyelid embroidery. Last year I was surprised when I was called (by the police) to be a witness that the person who did my eyelids had problems. Well, earlier I was sworn to tell the truth in court and I told it as it is," recalled Igun after becoming a witness in the case of an illegal beauty salon at the North Jakarta District Court, Thursday (9/7/2020).

This is Igun's first experience as a witness in a courtroom. Of course, he felt a little nervous. However, he admitted that he was not afraid because he did not commit any wrongdoing.

"It's normal to feel nervous because for me, this is my first experience going to the courtroom. It's a valuable experience for me too. If I have a principle that what I did was right and I can provide a genuine testimony, why should I be afraid. That's it," he continued.

2. Ivan Gunawan Pays Rp 8 Million and Is Satisfied with the Results

It wasn't an endorsement, but Igun had to spend around Rp 8 million for an eyelid treatment. And so far, there is nothing strange about the results.

"I never knew (the salon had problems), because the media friends also saw that my eyelids have been fine all this time, without any issues. So, indeed, the person is very professional in making the eyelids look great. But maybe there were some issues that happened," Igun concluded.
