After being declared deceased, the remains of the deceased were immediately laid to rest at the funeral home located in the Jeruk Purut area, South Jakarta. Since the afternoon, several mourners began to arrive to pay their last respects.
Observations at the location showed that several important figures were also present at the funeral home. They included former Governor of DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan, Coordinating Minister for Food Zulkifli Hasan, and musician Armand Maulana.

Occasionally, Izzat stands to greet the mourners who arrive. Although grief is evident on his face, he remains friendly to every guest who comes to offer prayers.
Outside the mourning house, several floral arrangements continue to arrive. One of them is from the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto, as a form of condolence.
It is planned that the body of Ibrahim Sjarief Assegaf will be buried on Wednesday (21/5/2025) at 10:00 AM WIB at the Jeruk Purut Public Cemetery, South Jakarta.
