Jio Jimmy Remembers Temon, Calls Him Truly Funny Even in Everyday Life

One of them comes from Jio Jimmy, who is a friend and manager, and claims to have known the late Temon since they were both active in the Radio SK environment along with Abdel Achrian and several other comedians.

When met at the funeral home in the Mampang Prapatan area of South Jakarta on Sunday (12/7), Jio stated that Temon was someone who always brought the atmosphere to life. According to him, Temon's funny character was not just an act for television, but was ingrained in his everyday life.

Jio recounted that Temon was already known as an entertaining person since his college days. It was this ability to make people laugh that eventually led him to be widely recognized in the entertainment world.

"My friendship with Bang Temon has indeed been long, back in the days at Radio SK when they were broadcasting. Temon is a delightful person, kind, lively, and funny. He even got the nickname of a comedian from his fellow comedians, his older brother. So he wasn't just a comedian on TV; he was genuinely funny. He was already funny back in college, then they all went to Radio SK and he became well-known there. There was Cing Abdel, there was Nurbi, and there were friends from Toilet Torture, those were UI students," said Jio Jimmy.

1. Final Meeting

The last memory of Jio with Temon occurred when both performed at Jakarta's anniversary celebration in the Ancol area. In the event, which was also attended by members of PASKI DKI, Temon still entertained as usual without showing any signs of being unwell.

Jio admitted that he had never heard any complaints from Temon regarding his health condition. Even when they last met, the late Temon still looked cheerful and kept cracking jokes with his friends.

"No, there’s no story. He looked fresh the last time we met at Ancol, always cheerful. He was just laughing and joking around yesterday at Ancol," he said.

2. The Hardworking Figure

Meanwhile, Udin Penyok also remembered Temon as a hardworking figure who remained active in taking on various projects. According to him, the late Temon even invited him to discuss several jobs a few days before he passed away.

In addition to being known for his friendliness, Temon was also said to never complain about payment issues when working. This professional attitude made him well-liked by many colleagues in the entertainment industry.

"Temon is a fun person. If I call and say, 'Kap, tomorrow is this date, is this amount okay?' 'Okay', he always says that. He never complained at all about that (payment), that’s how Temon was with me, always like that," said Udin Penyok.

For his friends, Temon will always be remembered as a comedian who not only excelled at entertaining on stage but also brought laughter into everyday life. His warm and humble character will be a legacy that his fellow fighters in the comedy world will always remember.
