Herawati, Former Maid of Erin, Undergoes Additional Examination for Alleged Abuse Case

The South Jakarta Metro Police investigators have once again examined Herawati in the case of alleged light abuse that she reported against Rien Wartia Trigina alias Erin. The examination was conducted after the case officially progressed to the investigation stage.

Herawati's attorney, Deolipa Yumara, stated that her client received about 20 questions from the investigators to complete the Investigation Report (BAP). In addition to providing additional information, Herawati also brought several supporting evidence.

"Earlier, an additional examination, around 20 questions were received by Herawati from the investigator along with additional evidence," said Deolipa Yumara when met at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Thursday (9/7/2026).

According to Deolipa, the follow-up examination was conducted to complete the facts needed by the investigator before the case enters the next stage. "The investigation against Hera as the reporter and victim has just been completed. So the investigation report of Hera as the reporter and victim regarding her report related to the alleged minor assault committed by Mrs. Erin has just been completed," he said.

After the examination of the reporter, the investigator is scheduled to summon several other witnesses before requesting statements from the reported party. All these stages will be part of the investigation process before the case is presented.

"So we will follow the next procedures of this investigation. After Hera, several other witnesses will be examined, and only then will the reported party, Mrs. Erin herself, be questioned," Deolipa stated.

On this occasion, Deolipa appreciated all parties who have provided support to Herawati during the legal process, including LPSK and member of the Indonesian Parliament Rieke Diah Pitaloka."I would like to thank Mrs. Rieke Diah Pitaloka and the LPSK, as well as my good lawyers.
