Kapanlagi.com - Actress Desy Genoveva, also known as Desy 'Ngapak', has joined the comedy sketch show Pesbukers. The former member of JKT48 expressed her happiness and the burden of being part of the show.
"I'm really happy, but at the same time, there is a burden because Pesbukers has been a legend for a long time, it's not a new show or a new name," said Desy when met at Studio BSC, Cawang, East Jakarta, on Tuesday (5/12/2023).
One of the burdens that Desy feels is the audience's expectations for the new version of Pesbukers. With new players consisting of young artists and comedians, Desy is afraid that she won't be able to meet the audience's expectations.

"We are using names that have been used by previous seniors. So, there is a fear that we won't meet the audience's expectations," Desy said.
Nevertheless, Desy believes that Pesbukers with the new formation can provide interesting entertainment and a fresher atmosphere.
"But I believe that with this new formation, something new can bring freshness," said Desy.
In addition, Desy also admitted her fear of comparisons between new and previous players in Pesbukers, considering the high popularity of the show.
However, Desy's intention to join this program is only for entertainment and to collaborate with other fellow players.
"Certainly (compared to) there will be fear, but our intention is to gather here to work together. That's already a good intention, if those things can't be denied," Desy concluded.
Pesbukers is scheduled to premiere on ANTV starting December 13, 2023. Besides Desy, several young comedians such as Ummy Quari, Kiamu, Anwar BAB, Kata Baba, Inyong, and many others are also involved in the show.
