Jonathan Frizzy Was Referred to the Hospital Before Being Detained Due to a Drug Vape Case

Kapanlagi.com - Actor Jonathan Frizzy has officially been detained for the abuse of a vape containing hard drugs. After the case file was declared complete or P21, the man commonly known as Ijonk was handed over to the Tangerang District Attorney's Office and is now a defendant.

Previously, Ijonk was referred to the hospital. The Head of the Intelligence Section of the Tangerang District Attorney's Office, Made Agung Deja, stated that Ijonk could not be detained immediately.

“Ijonk has been thoroughly checked, there are signs of surgery, there is bleeding in his stool, and he is still weak. Therefore, we took him to the Tangerang City Hospital,” he revealed to the media on Friday (11/7).

1. Declared Safe

The medical examination became the basis for the prosecutor's decision in determining the detention status of Ijonk. From the examination results by the medical team of the Tangerang City Regional Hospital, Jonathan Frizzy's condition was declared "safe". Although he suffers from hemorrhoids, his condition is considered good and he can be detained.

In this case, Jonathan Frizzy is known to have received three types of medication from the doctor, including pain relievers and medication to stop the bleeding. Although he has several medical records, including regarding hemorrhoids, the prosecution emphasized that this illness is not critical.

2. Proceed with Detention

"Yes, we will proceed with the detention because the doctors also assess that the illness experienced by Ijonk is not too critical. We firmly take this stance. The prosecutor also takes a stance to proceed with the detention," said Made Suarja.

This detention is referred to as part of the acceleration of the legal process, while also showing that there is no special treatment for Jonathan Frizzy. He is one of four suspects in the hard drug vape case along with BTR, EDS, and ER, who have previously been declared healthy by the medical team.

3. Continuing On

Although he now has to undergo detention, Jonathan Frizzy is said to accept the decision with an open heart. The legal process continues, including preparations for the trial that will be held soon.

“The trial schedule is waiting for us to transfer. We will transfer at the earliest on Monday, at 10 AM, we will transfer to the Court waiting for the Court's schedule. The Public Prosecutor is ready. There are 3 Public Prosecutors handling this,” concluded Made Suarja.
