Kiky Saputri's Wedding Ring Can't Be Removed Before Delivery, M Khairi Takes His Wife to the Fire Department

The tiny baby was delivered via cesarean section due to a breech position in the womb. This special moment holds various interesting stories, including an unexpected incident before delivery.

"Yes, it's normal, pregnant women usually gain weight drastically, and then forget to take off their rings. During the delivery preparation, the rings must be removed, so we have to take them off," said Muhammad Khairi when met in the Menteng area, Central Jakarta, Sunday (23/2/2025).

1. Requirements for a Cesarean Operation

The process of removing the ring was not easy. Various methods were tried, but none were successful.

"Yes, because at that time we had tried several methods, using lotion, then using oil. In the swimming pool, usually, the hands shrink, but this one wouldn’t budge. In the end, the ring shop said to just take it to the fire department, and they ended up cutting the ring off," Khairi explained.

The decision to cut the ring was made because a cesarean operation does not allow patients to wear any metal. Nevertheless, the ring will not be replaced with a new one.

"Yeah, it seems impossible to replace it. Maybe it can be repaired later," he added.

2. Enjoy Moments with Your Child

After the birth of Kayesha, this couple's attention is fully devoted to their little daughter. Muhammad Khairi emphasized that he and Kiky currently prefer to focus on their child's growth and development.

"I haven't thought that far ahead. Kiky and I are more focused on the child first, watching the child's growth, we love the child first," he said.

As a new couple taking on the role of parents, Kiky and Khairi want to enjoy every moment with Kayesha. They want to ensure that the early stages of their daughter's growth are filled with love and attention.

"As time goes by, we can discuss again how to schedule things," Khairi clarified.
