In managing his business, Edwin admits that he does not need to be involved directly every day. He has built a system that allows his business to operate remotely, so he can divide his time with other activities.

"If the business is already remote, yes, because it has been running for a while," he said.

According to Edwin, the key to running a business is placing trust in the right people who are experts in their fields. For him, the role of an owner is to control and focus on promotional strategies.

"If a business is essentially about giving it to the experts to run, we as owners are just controlling. And, for sure, our task is to talk about promotion going on," he explained.

Furthermore, he emphasized the importance of building a good and modern system to minimize the risks of losses or fraud. With an advanced system, all forms of transactions and operations can be monitored effectively.

"One way to reduce our suspicions or what is called lost, gone, and so on, is with a good system. Nowadays, everything is advanced," he stated.

He believes that if everyone on his team receives their fair share and rights, they will work with trust and professionalism.

"I think if a person has received their share properly, Insya Allah they will work well," he concluded.
