Lawsuit Denied, Wenny Ariani Conveys a Powerful Message to Rezky Aditya

Kapanlagi.com - Wenny Ariani does not give up in fighting for her child's rights, Naira Kaemita Tarekat or Kekey, to be recognized as Rezky Aditya's child. Although the Tangerang District Court has rejected her lawsuit, Wenny remains steadfast in stating that Kekey is Rezky's child.

Through her legal representative, Wenny plans to file an appeal. This was stated by Rusdianto Matulatua, Wenny's lawyer.

"I will file an appeal," said Rusdianto when met at the Tangerang District Court on Thursday (3/2/2022).

Rusdianto hopes that in the High Court, justice can be more favorable to Wenny. He hopes the judge will issue an order to conduct a DNA test.

"I will ask the High Court to review this case and determine a DNA test. Because in the Supreme Court's decision, it creates a norm related to biological relationships that produce children, so technological evidence, scientific evidence, must be used to solve the problem. In this case, through a DNA test," said Rusdianto.

He also gave a message to Rezky Aditya not to be happy yet with the decision of the Tangerang District Court. Because Wenny's legal efforts are still ongoing.

"We congratulate him on his victory at the District Court level. But Mrs. Wenny is not someone who is easily defeated. The trial is not over until it reaches the final level, namely cassation," he said.

The Tangerang District Court has decided not to accept or reject the lawsuit of illegal acts filed by Wenny Ariani. The lawsuit was addressed to actor Rezky Aditya regarding the recognition of a child.

"Decided to reject all claims and the plaintiff is required to pay court costs of Rp395 thousand," said the Panel of Judges, Thursday (3/2/2022).

In response to the verdict, Ana Sofa Yuking, SH, MH, as the legal representative of Rezky Aditya, expressed gratitude. She is relieved that her client has been declared not guilty of illegal acts.

"Alhamdulillah, after a quite long process, today the verdict of the case filed against Rezky Aditya has been decided and Alhamdulillah all claims have been completely rejected and Rezky, Alhamdulillah, has been declared not guilty of illegal acts," said Ana after the trial.

5. Not Proven

With this verdict, Ana asserts that all accusations made by Wenny have not been proven. This includes the claim that Rezky is the biological father of Naira Kaemita Tarekat or Kekey.

"So, all claims made by the plaintiff have been rejected by the panel of judges," she said.
