Lawyer Karen Pooroe Says Zefania Carina Passed Away After Falling From a Balcony Allegedly Belonging to Someone with the Initial M

The police and the family stated that Zefania died after falling from the balcony of an apartment owned by Arya, Karen's husband. The apartment is located on the 6th floor and Zefania is said to have climbed a chair before falling from the balcony.

The sudden departure of Zefania has saddened lawyer Acong Latief. Karen's legal representative for her case against Arya regarding Zefania's custody expressed his condolences to the family.

1. Apartment Allegedly Belonging to Someone with Initial M

Not only visiting the place where Zefania was laid to rest, Acong also expressed his condolences through Instagram. In his post, the lawyer mentioned that the apartment occupied by Arya is allegedly owned by someone with the initial M.

"Condolences for the passing of Zefania Carina Putri @karenpooroe. May Karen be given strength. Amen. According to the family's statement and several parties, this child fell from an apartment allegedly owned by someone with the initial M. But logically, in my opinion, a high balcony fence is not suitable for a small child," he wrote on the @acong_latief account.

2. No Injuries

Although falling from the 6th floor, Karen revealed that there were no injuries on her daughter's body. Karen's lawyer for this matter, Wemmy Amanupoyo, also stated that Zefania appeared to be sleeping.

As a family member of the deceased, Wemmy explained that Zefania's body looked fine from the outside despite falling from the balcony of the sixth-floor apartment. "Her condition is good. It's as if she's sleeping. There are no injuries. That's why I also... on the sixth floor, you know. Falling from the sixth floor but her condition is good," he explained.
