All of this started after Amel performed umrah. She felt a growing sacred desire after worshiping in the Holy Land for the third time.

"I feel like I want to improve myself in any way, so it's useless if umrah can't gradually improve myself. But I didn't immediately wear hijab, I just improved myself from within," said Amel when met in the Thamrin area, Central Jakarta, recently.

Amel, a woman known as an energetic and enthusiastic DJ, now feels the need to reduce her usual activities. She starts limiting her work as a DJ, which often keeps her busy and leaves no time for herself. Amel admits that limiting this work is very important so that she can redirect her time and energy towards more positive and beneficial things.

"I'm mostly busy with endorsements, DJing occasionally, and occasionally filming," she said.

Amel, the talented DJ, has decided to reduce her activities in the entertainment world. The reason? She feels that with her approaching 32 years of age, she wants to become more private and better. Born on July 28, 1992, she explains that her Umrah journey has touched her heart and soul, giving her a sign that other activities in the entertainment world should be reduced.

However, when asked if she will stop forever, Amel gives an interesting answer. She says, "Maybe when I find my soulmate."

3. Appearing in a Horror Film

However, Amel cannot simply forget the acting world that has become an important part of her life. She firmly states that she will continue to appear in the Islamic horror film that is being prepared. "The story is like, for example, when getting married, there is something, a jinn, that separates them," she said.

Although she has been pursuing a career as a DJ for a long time and has been on a journey for 10 years, Amel does not want to be trapped in just one profession. "Well, at this age, I don't want to be just a DJ," she concluded.
