Nikita Mirzani, accompanied by her attorney, Fahmi Bachmid, visited the office of the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) in Ciracas, East Jakarta, on Monday (14/10/2024). The visit was made to request protection for her child, Lolly, who is both a victim and a witness in an alleged immoral case.

"Earlier, I spoke with the head of LPSK and her team, requesting protection for the witnesses and Laura to also be under protection," said Nikita Mirzani at the LPSK office, East Jakarta, on Monday (14/10/2024).
Nikita feels worried after seeing the movements of Vadel Badjideh's lawyer, Razman Arif Nasution, who she thinks is starting to look for Lolly's whereabouts. Razman is said to often ask about Lolly's location, which makes Nikita feel uncomfortable. Â "Yes, Razman is trying to find out, asking where Laura is, continuously asking without any resolution. Well, she (Lolly) is safe, she can't be found, that's the point," said Nikita.
Nikita's worries grow larger because she believes that Vadel Badjideh and his family have a frightening track record. Â "Because the opponent, who has been reported, has quite a scary track record, some of his family members have been sentenced to death due to a murder case, and there have also been incidents of beatings, resulting in the arrest of his siblings," she added.
Deputy Chair of LPSK, Sri Suparyati, confirmed that Nikita submitted a protection request for Lolly. According to her, there are concerns regarding threats to Lolly's safety, both physically and psychologically.
"The information about the threats does exist, but LPSK will still conduct an examination of the information regarding the threats and concerns that Lolly has about her current security situation," explained Sri Suparyati.
Nikita also submitted two forms of protection for Lolly, namely physical and psychological protection. "If what Nikita Mirzani submitted is considered, there are two, yes, physical protection and also psychological protection," concluded Sri.
