Lolly arrived at the South Jakarta Metro Police around 4:00 PM WIB. The Acting Head of Public Relations of the South Jakarta Metro Police, AKP Nurma Dewi, confirmed that Lolly was in good health when she responded to the summons.
"(Her condition) is healthy, she was asked and then answered," said AKP Nurma Dewi at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Monday (2/12/2024).
The examination went smoothly without obstacles. Lolly was said to undergo the process calmly, unlike the previous incident when she had a tantrum the first time she was taken from her apartment for the examination.
"No, no, no," insisted AKP Nurma Dewi when asked if Lolly showed any emotional behavior.
Lolly's appearance this time also caught attention. Wearing a hijab, Lolly looked cheerful even in the midst of a rather heavy situation. "LM is beautiful, wearing a hijab and cheerful," praised AKP Nurma Dewi.
During the examination, Lolly was not alone. She was accompanied by her uncle, Edwin Augustinus, and her legal counsel. Their presence ensured that Lolly felt more comfortable and safe during the process.
However, Nikita Mirzani, Lolly's mother, was not present to accompany her daughter. AKP Nurma Dewi explained that Nikita had important activities that she could not leave, so she was represented by her sister.
This examination of Lolly is part of the investigation into the report made by Nikita Mirzani against Vadel Badjideh. In her report, Vadel is accused of committing sexual intercourse with a minor and performing an abortion that does not comply with legal provisions.
Until now, the investigation is still ongoing to further explore the statements from all parties involved. The police hope that this case can soon find clarity.
