Long Time No See, This is What Anton Misses the Most from Eros and Sheila On 7

Kapanlagi.com - Since 2004, Anton Widiastanto has not been with Duta and others as a drummer of Sheila on 7. Recently, his figure reappeared in an interview uploaded on the Medcom ID YouTube account.

In the more than 90-minute video, Anton reminisced about his time with Sheila on 7. He also revealed the real reason why he did not continue his career with Sheila on 7.

It has been about 16 years since Anton has not been a member of Sheila on 7. The 41-year-old man also expressed his longing for the band members who have made his name known.

1. Missing Moments Outside the Stage

For Anton, one of the people he misses the most is Eross Candra. It's not about music, Anton admits that he misses the little things outside their busyness as musicians.

"I miss Eross, but I miss the things outside of music more. I still remember the incident in Makassar, when Eross and I were just walking around, hanging out at the mall, casually going home with shopping bags like this, and then there was a girl chasing us from behind in the lobby asking for a photo, and when we finished, her eyes were like this (winking). I already knew, your camera is flipped, right? The flash is in front of the eyes. Eross laughed until he rolled on the floor," Anton reminisced.

2. Playing Football with Eross

Anton's memories of his moments with Eross seem to never fade. He even remembers how Eross laughed when they played football together during a recording break.

"We were recording an album at Mr. Dimas Wahab's house at that time, and during the break, Mr. Dimas's house had a field in front, next to the swimming pool in front of the studio. We played football, Sakti became the goalkeeper, Eross kicked and hit Mr. Dimas's flower pot (then) it broke, and I was rolling around like this on the grass, and Eross laughed until he rolled on the grass," Anton recounted.

3. Adam Falls on Stage

Anton also still vividly remembers the incident when Adam fell on stage and was laughed at by many people. "Adam once fell on stage because he wanted to disturb the actress. The entire building in Ancol was laughing," he said.

Although he misses the moments of togetherness with the members of Sheila on 7, unfortunately Anton has not been in communication with his former bandmates for quite a long time.
