Main Film 'Dear Imamku' with Tissa Biani, Dul Jaelani Taught Many Things

Kapanlagi.com - Dul Jaelani admitted that he was very excited for his first film, DEAR IMAMKU, which will be released on May 13, 2021. Ahmad Dhani's third child is grateful to have gone through the shooting process from beginning to end.

1. Lucky to Have Tissa Biani

It was certainly not easy for Dul Jaelani to go through a shooting process that was very different from the world of singing that he pursued. However, he is grateful that his girlfriend, who has been involved in the film industry for a long time, taught him many things.

"She taught me a lot, when I read the script like a textbook, she would give comments and teach me about punctuation, she taught me a lot about expressions like smiling, she also taught me that dialogues shouldn't be memorized, it turns out it's not effective, so I have to understand it, I learned a lot from her," said Dul Jaelani on Monday (4/5).

2. New Challenges

Met at the Kapanlagi.com office, Gondangdia, Central Jakarta, Dul Jaelani also faced other challenges, namely shooting in the midst of the Covid-19 virus outbreak in Indonesia.

"Use health protocols, even though it's crowded, we still maintain our distance," said Maia Estianty's son.

3. Filming during the Pandemic

Meanwhile, Tissa Biani herself experienced many differences when filming in the midst of the Covid-19 virus pandemic.

"Because when we're filming, we'll meet new people and there will be a lot of them, from the crew to the actors, like a circus troupe. During the pandemic, the team was reduced, and now it's not as free as before. There are limitations, and we also have to adapt, otherwise we won't get any job opportunities," Tissa Biani concluded.
