The party of Dr. Riky Febriansyah Saleh, the husband of former child singer Maissy, is not only refuting the negative allegations circulating. Through his legal counsel, they are also issuing a serious threat to take legal action, particularly against those who have spread photos of his children amidst the viral negative issues.

In the press conference attended by KapanLagi and held at Buncit Raya, South Jakarta, on Monday (16/03/2026), Jati, as Dr. Riky's legal counsel, issued a firm ultimatum. He requested that all social media displaying the faces of his client's children be removed within 1x24 hours.

According to him, the act of disseminating a child's identity linked to negative issues is a legal violation and irresponsible.

"I will take legal action if within 24 hours the news featuring the faces of our clients' children is still circulating on social media," Jati stated.

He explained that the privacy of children, whether as victims, witnesses, or those in conflict with the law, is protected by law. The dissemination of these photos is feared to have a negative impact on the psychology and mental health of dr. Riky's and Maissy's children.

This threat is in line with the complaints expressed by dr. Riky himself on the same occasion.

"I really regret these reports both from accounts and social media that display photos of my children, as we all know that children have a character of privacy that is protected by law," said dr. Riky.

In addition to the issue of the child's photo, Dr. Riky's party is also opening the possibility of reporting the initial rumor spreaders. However, for now, they are still waiting for good intentions from the related parties.
