Mediation with Tyas Mirasih Fails, Raiden Soejono Speaks Out About the Rumor of a Third Person's Presence

Kapanlagi.com - Musician Raiden Soedjono finally appeared in his divorce lawsuit session against artist Tyas Mirasih at the South Jakarta Religious Court. In the ongoing mediation agenda, once again the 34-year-old woman did not come to fulfill the court's summons, causing the session to be postponed.

After leaving the courtroom, Raiden Soedjono did not want to comment much on the cause of the breakdown of his marriage with Tyas Mirasih, which had been built since 2017.

"Basically, our marriage has never been a public consumption, and it is still the same now. That's all I have to say," Raiden said when met at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Monday (6/9).

Meanwhile, Bernard Pasaribu, who is Raiden's legal counsel, emphasized that his client's problem is only due to incompatibility.

"Their problem is just incompatibility," Bernard Pasaribu concluded.

1. Tyas Never Attended the Court

Actress Tyas Mirasih has never been seen in court for the divorce lawsuit filed by Raiden Soedjono at the South Jakarta Religious Court. As she has been absent for 3 times, the mediation was declared unsuccessful by the court judge and the trial continued to the next agenda.

"Mediation can be considered unable to proceed, but next week we will present witnesses," said Bernard Pasaribu, who is Raiden's legal representative, on Monday (6/9).

Tyas Mirasih herself seems to want the trial process to proceed quickly. That's why she didn't appoint a legal representative for her divorce trial with Raiden.
 
"There is no (legal representative). Tyas has been declared absent," said Bernard Pasaribu.

Nevertheless, Bernard Pasaribu still does not want to reveal the witnesses he will bring in the next trial on September 13, 2021.

"Oh, not yet, not yet. We're still working on it. We'll see next week," he concluded.

2. No Third Person

There is news circulating that the collapse of the household that Tyas Mirasih had built with Raiden Soedjono was due to the presence of a third person. Regarding this matter, Raiden does not want to comment much.

"No comment (about the third person)," Raiden said shortly after attending his divorce hearing at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Monday (6/9).

According to Raiden, since they started building their household together with Tyas Mirasih, they have agreed not to share their story as public consumption. Therefore, this matter is similar to when they decided to separate.

"Our household has never been a public consumption, even now," Raiden said.

Meanwhile, Bernard Pasaribu, who is Raiden's legal representative, also does not want to comment much about the third person issue. In his divorce lawsuit, Raiden only wants to end his household with Tyas Mirasih.

"Oh, I'm not involved (in the third person issue). It should have been asked directly. It's not in the lawsuit (the third person), there is no problem about it in our petition. It's just a matter of incompatibility," he concluded.
