Medina Zein Suspected of Threatening, Identified as Suspect

Kapanlagi.com - Celebrity Medina Zein has been identified as a suspect in a report filed by Surabaya socialite Uci Flowdea regarding alleged unpleasant behavior and threats.

The news of Medina Zein's suspect status was directly announced by Uci Flowdea's lawyer, Ahmad Ramzy, when he was met at Papabro Kemang, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (23/3/2022).

"Regarding my client's case, Ms. Uci Flowdea, we received news from the investigator that the police report filed by my client on October 11, 2021, has been upgraded to suspect status under the name of suspect MS alias MZ based on the results of the SP2HP investigation. Today, I was informed that she has been questioned as a suspect," said Ahmad Ramzy.

1. Because of a Bag

Previously, Uci Flowdea reported Medina Zein to the Jakarta Metro Police on October 11, 2021, regarding allegations of unpleasant behavior and threats. So what caused Uci Flowdea to report Medina Zein to the Jakarta Metro Police?

"So my client, Uci Flowdea, bought a bag. The bag turned out to be fake and not what was expected. As a result, my client filed a police report at the Surabaya Police Headquarters. As a result of the report, there was communication in which MS or MZ made threats through WhatsApp or conversation," said Ahmad Ramzy.

2. Apologized Before

"So we made a police report related to Article 27 Paragraph 4 of the ITE Law and/or Article 335 of the Criminal Code. Based on that, we finally made a police report at the Jakarta Metro Police," added Ahmad Ramzy.

After being named a suspect, Medina's party sent a letter to Uci Flowdea. The letter contained an apology from Medina Zein and asked that the problems he experienced with Uci Flowdea be resolved in a familial manner.

3. No Response Yet

"I was also informed by the investigator that there was a letter sent by Ms. MS with a copy to Ms. Uci, which means that as her legal representative, I was also sent a letter by her lawyer apologizing and asking for this matter to be resolved through restorative justice, meaning resolved in a familial manner," said Ahmad Ramzy.

Regarding this matter, Uci Flowdea has not yet responded so that her problem with Medina Zein is not brought to the table.

"But so far my client has not made any efforts in that direction. Because my client is in Surabaya but what my client conveyed was to continue this matter. The development can be resolved or not we will see in the future," said Ahmad Ramzy.
