Ravena also added, "I am happy and excited because I can represent Acehnese women with hijabs to make an impact internationally."

Teuku Jordan Zacky A, as the National Director of Miss Universe Indonesia 2024, emphasized that this event opens wide opportunities for all Indonesian women to participate. "We are truly inclusive, we are open to anyone who wants to participate," he stated.
Jordan continued that although there are several participants with hijabs who also participated, Ravena Wulandari is the one selected as the only hijab finalist in Miss Universe Indonesia 2024.
"We indeed open up as many opportunities as possible for Indonesian women who want to participate in Miss Universe Indonesia 2024. There are several hijab-wearing women who registered, and Ravena from Aceh was chosen," he explained.
Miss Universe Indonesia 2024 is also implementing innovative steps by integrating a web3-based DAO system to make this contest more transparent and inclusive. With this system, the public is not just an audience, but can also support and vote for their favorite finalists.
In addition to Ravena, 15 other finalists who will also compete in this event are Nadia Ingrida Tjuatja, Maria Ardelia Purwaningrum, Stella Vidyasari, Viori Dhea Vanessa, Putri Sulistiawati, Karen Afralia, Beivy Marselo Mega Sumampouw, Cinta Iole Amidjaja, Moriska, Clara Shafira Krebs, Fiza Javaid Khan, Khamelia Chalid, Vina Anggi Sitorus, Ester Liana, and Meylan Vega.
