The unbearable longing was finally slightly alleviated when he was able to meet one of his children and make a video call with the others after his first divorce hearing at the Cibinong Religious Court on Monday (22/9/2025).

Eza cannot hide his deep longing. He admitted that it has been more than a month since he last lived under the same roof and saw his wife and three children, Nichol, Akshay, and Khan.
"More than a month, more than a month. I haven't seen, I haven't seen my wife, I haven't seen my children," said Eza Gionino.

A brief moment during a video call with his child, Nichol, became one of the most memorable things. Hearing his child's voice calling him 'daddy' was enough to make him feel very happy yet sad at the same time.

"Nichol just called via video call, she said daddy while playing. I miss her so much, I really miss the words coming out of her tiny mouth," he said in a soft voice.

He also shared an emotional moment when he met his son, Akshay, who woke up from sleep just moments before he returned home. The gaze between father and son seemed to convey a strong bond.

"My child was sleeping earlier, so I could only look at his face, I paid attention to his face. Even though it was just for a moment, it was quite enough," said Eza.

Although the meeting was brief, Eza is very grateful. His wife's family has now given him full access to communicate and meet with the children anytime.

"Surely mas Eza mentioned earlier that video calls are allowed, anytime, and if the timing is right, it's okay to meet. Where will the meeting be? No problem, there are no obstacles," explained Raka Daniar, Eza's legal counsel.
