Mpok Alpa's Family Plans to Donate Inherited Items and Create a 'Museum' at Home

After the passing of Mpok Alpa, the family continues to seek ways to keep the memories and kindness of the late person alive. In addition to caring for the children, her husband, Ajie Darmaji, has two noble plans to commemorate his late wife.

First, he plans to donate Mpok Alpa's heirlooms. This plan is inspired by his wife's generous nature, as she was known for her love of sharing during her lifetime.

"Yes, I want to donate them through my live streams, one by one, this one we’ll make it, we’ll donate it, like that," said Ajie Darmaji in the Warung Jati Barat area, South Jakarta, on Tuesday (07/10/2025).

"Yes, for good as well, because the deceased was someone who liked to share. So, we always remember the deceased. The deceased liked to share, which means the things she liked, we share, like that," he continued.

Secondly, Ajie plans to create a small 'museum' in her home. A special display cabinet will be made to store the most memorable items from Mpok Alpa.

The idea for this 'museum' actually came from the eldest daughter of the late Mpok Alpa, Sherly.

"Sister also said, 'Pih, later make a wardrobe with mirrors, add lights,' she said like that," Ajie explained.

Sherly herself admits that she still often wears some clothes and bags left by her mother. For her, it becomes the most effective remedy for longing.

"The things from mom that can still be used are mostly clothes and bags, like that, Sis. Sometimes I feel sad because this was mom's dress, now... But before, we often used to swap clothes," Sherly expressed.

Through these two ways, the family hopes that the spirit and memories of Mpok Alpa will remain eternal.
