Nada Tarina Putri Shares Experience After Scoliosis Surgery, Shows Difference in Spine Shape

Nada Tarina Putri admitted that she had never undergone any surgery before. The decision to have scoliosis surgery became a significant experience that she would carry for the rest of her life.

Nada showed the stitches on her back. She referred to them as a cool scar as well as a proud story of struggle.

After the surgery, Nada had to undergo a recovery period in the hospital for 12 days. She was accompanied by family and close friends who always supported her.

"I had never had surgery, or even been hospitalized before in my life. And suddenly I had to undergo scoliosis surgery, which is a major surgery, and stay in the hospital for 12 days." She wrote in an Instagram post.

Nada revealed that after the surgery, she experienced a lot of pain and had difficulty doing simple things like sitting and standing.

"And it's not easy to know that from now on I won't be able to do some things. Even things that have been a part of me like ballet and dancing." Nada stated.

She shared an X-ray result showing the condition of her spine before it was curved, and after it was straightened with a rod and screws.

"Now in the blink of an eye, I am already 1 month post-surgery!!! Now the pain is not as severe anymore, and I can do most of the things I do daily more comfortably. I can even do some of my hobbies again!" Nada explained.
