Nagita Slavina Reveals Gideon Tengker's Condition, Always Relapse If Not Taking Medication

In response to this incident, Gigi was accompanied by Raffi Ahmad and her mother, Rieta Amilia, to explain the actual problem.

Rieta, as the former wife of Gideon, explained that the father of her children is indeed sick and must always take medication. Unfortunately, the long-haired man is not disciplined when it comes to medication.

1. Papa Gideon Has Been Sick Since Gigi Was in Elementary School

Gigi then briefly explained about her father's health. Because of his illness, Gideon has to take medicine continuously to prevent relapse so that incidents like this don't happen.

"Dad is indeed sick, diagnosed since I was little, since elementary school. For these diseases, dad is required to take medicine. There were a few times in the past when he stopped taking medicine, usually it flared up and relapsed. There, someone takes care of him, it's true that dad has been refusing to take medicine for several months now, which is why these things happen (Gideon's venting on social media)," Gigi explained.

2. Emotions Go Up and Down

Rieta confirmed what Gigi said. Her ex-husband also refused to take medicine before, which caused his illness to relapse. Raffi also said that there is always communication between Gideon and his family.

"There is always communication, but you know, maybe dad doesn't want to take medicine, so it flares up. So his emotions go up and down," said Raffi.

"That's how it seems. In the past, it often happened when he didn't take medicine," added Rieta.
