Shinta Bachir shocked the public with the decision to divorce her husband named Indra Kristianto. Because they have only been married for four months.
To the media, Shinta admitted that she is determined to choose the status of a widow again. The decision she made has been carefully considered.
"I am an adult woman, not a child. I made this decision not because of anyone's influence. Not influenced by friends or family. I am also a mother, I know what decision I should make," said Shinta when met in Cipayung, East Jakarta, Tuesday (18/7/2023).
Divorce lawsuits that are suddenly filed certainly raise questions about the cause. When asked about the reason, Shinta Bachir chose to keep it a secret.
"I'm not the type of person who likes to talk about problems. It is forbidden to talk about family matters, let alone someone we just met whether they can keep a secret or not. If possible, let's not let everyone know about family matters," said Shinta firmly.
There have been rumors that Shinta Bachir filed the lawsuit due to experiencing violence. However, Shinta chose not to discuss it and entrusted her legal counsel to answer.
"For now, I haven't seen (any violence), but if in the future there is evidence pointing to domestic violence, we will discuss it. Until now, we haven't discussed that issue. It's more about Shinta separating amicably," explained Sunan Kalijaga on the same occasion.
Furthermore, Shinta Bachir is trying to ensure that the trial process ends quickly without any commotion. She wants to start a new life without a partner as soon as possible.
"I want to separate amicably (because) if it continues, it's not healthy. There is no human who is not sad to face a separation. As a human, I hope for forever, but in the journey, it turns out that my destiny ends here. But I think this is the best decision for everyone," said Shinta.
For your information, Shinta Bachir and Indra Kristianto got married on March 12, 2023 at Gedung Pewayangan, TMII, Jakarta. Both of them already have children from their previous marriages.
Cinta Penelope and her husband have been married since March 6, 2020.
