Newly Revealed, Gisella Anastasia's Parents are Actually of Different Religions

Kapanlagi.com - The marriage of Gisella Anastasia and Gading Marten has indeed ended in early 2019 and caused a sensation among the public at that time. This divorce of Gisel is actually the first one to happen in her family from her mother's side.

In addition to being a pioneer of divorce in the family, there are things that have recently been revealed when Gisel became a guest on Daniel Mananta's YouTube channel. One of them is that Gisel's parents also adhere to different religions, just like her and Gading Marten. However, Gisel's parents are still together until now.

"If my mom and dad are still together until now. With all the storms of life and everything, they are indeed of different religions," said Gisel as quoted from Daniel Mananta Network's YouTube channel.

Further about divorce, Gisel admitted that there are many factors that underlie it. However, it cannot be denied that religious differences also affect their household with Gading Marten when they were still together. As known, Gisel is a Catholic while Gading is an Orthodox Christian.

"Well, how should I say it, now that we understand. Even being of the same religion doesn't necessarily make it easy, let alone being different. The values and knowledge may not be the same. So, dealing with everything is very challenging, it takes a lot of effort," she said.

2. Reflecting on Parents

Gisel also revealed that she really didn't want to follow in her parents' footsteps. As time went by, Gisel, who now feels much more mature, prays for the best for her father and mother.

"I don't want to end up like my parents who had to endure for my sake back then. Now they're old and have accepted it. I always pray for their relationship to be continuously improved, to be better. But back then, 'I don't wanna end up like them!'"," said mother Gempita Nora Marten.
