Next Monday Nikita Mirzani Will Be Handed Over to the Prosecutor's Office, Trial Process Ready to be Held

Kapanlagi.com - Thursday night (30/1/2020) Nikita Mirzani was forcibly taken by the police unit while she was in the middle of her activities at a building of a private television station. The 33-year-old artist was immediately taken to the South Jakarta Metro Police Station for detention.

"Last night we carried out part of the forced measures against the suspect NM. This action is in accordance with legal procedures. We took this step in order to complete the administrative process as soon as possible because we have coordination activities between the investigators and the Prosecutor's Office, while the Prosecutor's Office is also in the process of completing the preparation of the indictment," said the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the South Jakarta Metro Police, AKBP Irwan Susanto, on Friday afternoon (31/1/2020).

1. Referred to the Prosecutor's Office

Next Monday (3/2/2020), Nikita Mirzani and the case files will be referred to the South Jakarta District Prosecutor's Office. After that, this assault case will immediately proceed to the trial process.

"According to the latest coordination with the Prosecutor's Office, God willing, on Monday (referred to the Prosecutor's Office). Of course, in the process of handing over the suspect, there needs to be evidence, administrative documents that we have prepared. And the Prosecutor's Office also prepares several things that need to be carried out after being referred," added Irwan.

2. Nikita Mirzani Cooperative

Furthermore, the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of South Jakarta Metro Police AKBP Irwan Susanto said that Nikita Mirzani has always been cooperative. In fact, they even suggested that Nikita immediately resolve this case rather than letting it continue.

"She has been very cooperative all this time, and we are very grateful. And in the context of these actions, we also assist her in resolving it as soon as possible," concluded Irwan.
