After the expert witness explained that he could only describe the metadata of the file he received, Nikita immediately launched her "attack". She claimed that the recording played in the trial was not the original version of the conversation.

Nikita revealed that the recording played in this trial is not complete. "Yes, because coincidentally I have the beginning of the conversation, if what the expert witness played earlier, that is not the beginning. I have the original part," Nikita asserted.

He continued to interrogate the expert witness, asking whether he had ever heard or been shown the initial version of the recording. "So, the initial one was not listened to, right, Expert?" he asked again.

The expert witness then explained that he only worked based on the evidence handed over to him by the investigator for extraction. "No, Ma'am. I only work from the evidence... that was given to me by the investigator for extraction," the expert witness replied.

Hearing that, Nikita became increasingly convinced that there was an important part of the conversation that was not presented in court. "Oh. So it's different because if initially I have the beginning of the conversation until the end I have," she stated.

The panel of judges then asked Nikita to keep the claims and evidence she had to be presented during the defense or plea agenda. "Just in the defense later," said the Chief Judge.
