The atmosphere of the continued hearing in the alleged extortion and Money Laundering (TPPU) case involving Nikita Mirzani at the South Jakarta District Court on Thursday (04/9/2025) was dramatic. Appearing online from Pondok Bambu Prison, Nikita complained that she was unable to participate in the trial due to her drastically declining health condition.

At the beginning of the trial, when the Chief Judge inquired about her condition, the artist commonly known as Nyai immediately revealed the pain she was suffering. She admitted to having serious issues with her teeth.

"I apologize, Your Honor, I am unwell due to a toothache, my crown (tooth) is broken," Nikita replied weakly.

This condition apparently affected her overall physical state. The mother of three admitted that she had been feeling dizzy and unbalanced since the day before.

"I am somewhat dizzy, Your Honor, since yesterday," she continued.

Ultimately, Nikita explained the details of her dental problems, which turned out to be very severe. A dental implant in her mouth had detached from her jaw, causing excruciating pain and making her unable to continue the hearing.

"Excuse me, I can't take it, Your Honor, because one side of my jaw is broken, inside it's broken, there is an implant. So, the implant is coming out of my jaw. That's why this side here hurts, Your Honor," he detailed.

He also added that the medical treatment inside the detention center is inadequate for his condition. "I have checked with the doctors here and they said the equipment is not adequate, Your Honor," he complained.

After deliberation, the panel of judges finally decided to postpone the trial. The judge requested Nikita to immediately see a doctor to obtain clear medical evidence. The hearing will resume on September 11, 2025.

As is known, Nikita Mirzani is a defendant in a case filed by beauty doctor Reza Gladys. She is charged with extortion and money laundering, which has led her to be detained since the investigation process.
