The mediation effort that took place at the South Jakarta District Court on Tuesday (18/11/2025) did not go smoothly. The peace proposal submitted by Nikita Mirzani's side was outright rejected by Reza Gladys's camp.
Instead of finding a breakthrough, the situation is getting more heated. Nikita's side, through her attorney, Marulitua Sianturi, revealed a surprising counterclaim from the opposing party.
Instead of considering a settlement, Reza Gladys's side claims that they are the ones suffering losses due to the actions taken by the mother of three.
Not to be taken lightly, the amount of damages they submitted as a counterclaim is nearly twice as large as Nikita Mirzani's initial demand, reaching over half a trillion rupiah.
"Well, then in the last point, it was also mentioned that they have losses of 4 billion plus 500 billion, yes," said Marulitua Sianturi, revealing the details of the counterclaim from Reza Gladys's side.
Of course, the claim of Rp 504 billion is considered irrational by Nikita. This figure is deemed inappropriate to be discussed in a mediation forum that should focus on finding a peaceful solution.
Now, the fate of this legal dispute is hanging by a thread. The next scheduled mediation meeting next week will be a crucial determining moment for both parties.
