Nikita Mirzani Requests the Establishment of Reza Gladys as a Suspect for False Testimony

Nikita considers the inconsistency of this testimony as a form of false testimony that cannot be tolerated in a legal process. She feels that the lies have harmed her and obscured the facts that actually occurred between them.

"Reza Gladys in the Minutes of Examination stated it was hers, but in court, Reza Gladys admitted it belonged to someone else that had been labeled with a sticker and then sold on e-commerce. This means that in this trial, Reza Gladys has already provided false testimony and must be designated as a suspect," said Nikita firmly at the South Jakarta District Court, Thursday (16/10/2025).

According to Nikita, the act of providing false testimony in front of the court is a serious criminal offense. Therefore, she requests the judge to take firm legal action against Reza Gladys and her husband, who is also a witness in this case.

"Therefore, through this plea defense note, I ask the honorable Judge to issue a determination letter for the suspect Reza Gladys and her husband, Alfons Rumagit, who have become false witnesses in front of the trial facts," he said.

Nikita's bold move suddenly changed the dynamics of the trial. From being the defendant, she is now trying to turn the tables by placing the reporter as a party also suspected of committing a crime.

"That in this trial it was revealed that the Glowing Booster Cell sold by Reza Gladys belongs to someone else, namely Liber Skin, which was labeled with a sticker by Reza Gladys and her husband," Nikita explained.

He also added that Reza Gladys's confession in court is already strong evidence of the alleged lie."This fact is acknowledged and confirmed by Reza Gladys in this trial. This fact is also supported by the testimony of witness Dr. Oky, and Dr. Samira," he concluded.
