Nikita Mirzani's Heart is Broken, Says She Will Never Forgive Vadel Badjideh and Reveals Her Daughter's Condition

"I can tell you up to this moment, Nikita has never forgiven because for Nikita, her child can never return to how things were, and this is a destruction for her child. Nikita was crying when she heard how the witness testimonies were in court," said Fahmi at the South Jakarta District Court on Monday (21/7/2025).

Nikita's firm stance aligns with Loly's condition, who is also said to have ended her relationship with Vadel. Fahmi explained that as a minor, Loly is in a victim position whose life is being disturbed. "LM never did that. So the issue with him is over, and he said that indeed they had something, in the sense of a child who is still underage, being disturbed, something happened," he explained.

When asked about the possibility of Loly regretting knowing Vadel, Fahmi chose not to comment much. He emphasized his position as Nikita's lawyer and left Loly's feelings to her daughter herself.

"I don't deal with that kind of thing because I'm Nikita's lawyer. Laura's matters are for Laura to handle. What is clear is that Laura is an underage child, so we cannot question what she does," said Fahmi. "So if it’s an underage child, all her actions will be valid if done with the consent and representation of her parents. Whatever Laura does is not valid," Fahmi added.

So, what is Loly's condition now after going through this tough experience? Fahmi provided a brief overview of the current state of Nikita Mirzani's eldest daughter. Fahmi revealed that Loly is currently undergoing a special educational program to restore her emotional well-being. 

"I haven't followed the latest news, he is in good health. I monitor through the place where he is currently receiving education. This education is spiritual in nature so that he can be more at peace, because there are extraordinary issues that are shaking his life," he said.

Now, the entire family's hope rests on the ongoing judicial process. Fahmi stated that both Loly and Nikita have completely entrusted this case to the legal team and law enforcement authorities. "Yes, LM has entrusted it to me, Laura has also entrusted it to her mother, and her mother has entrusted it to me. I am requesting protection from the prosecutor," he concluded.
