According to Yuni Shara, true beauty is actually tested by time and deeper interactions with someone. She explains how a charm can either increase or fade over time.

"Beautiful might be someone who is physically attractive, beautiful is definitely, yes, at first, like that. But then, when you are with someone for a long time, you either fade or increase, beauty becomes a point of increase or not," she said when met in Tendean, South Jakarta, recently.

She believes that all women are essentially born beautiful, but there are other qualities that can make someone appear more special. She gives an example of how intelligence and good communication skills can make someone extraordinary. According to her, such charm is sometimes stronger than just makeup.

"There are people, for example, whose physical appearance might seem ordinary, they might be just average. But all women are ultimately beautiful. However, maybe because she doesn’t wear much makeup, she doesn’t dress up too much, but she is smart, she speaks well, she becomes really cool," she explained.

When asked about the trend of plastic surgery that seems to have become commonplace among artists, Yuni Shara gave a relaxed response. She observes a shift, where these procedures used to be hidden, but now they have become something to be proud of.

"Oh yes, it's trending now. If before it seemed like it was kept secret, now it feels like if you haven't had plastic surgery, you're not cool," she said.

Nevertheless, she greatly respects each individual's decision to change their appearance. For her, as long as it brings happiness to those who undergo it, then it is a valid choice. She sees it as a personal choice that does not need to be debated.

"But it's all a choice. So many people make choices, like for example now many are getting facelifts, I see facelifts even though they are still young, but it's okay as long as they want to and they feel that being happy is what matters," she said wisely.

5. Yuni Shara's Skin Condition

Then, with the current trend, is she interested in trying? Apparently, there is a strong reason behind her decision not to follow in the footsteps of many of her fellow artists. She revealed that there is a specific condition with her skin that makes her hesitant to take the risk.

"To be honest, until now, I haven't dared to do that, I'm confused about where to keep it, because my skin is keloid, so I'm a bit hesitant, still not brave until now," she said.

6. Not Brave Enough for Plastic Surgery

Although she is not brave enough to undergo surgical procedures, it doesn't mean she is against beauty treatments. She still undergoes several treatments to maintain the firmness of her facial skin. She also mentioned some types of non-invasive treatments she has tried.

"I have been using Oligio lately, I've been doing Oligio since December until now, it helps with tightening, that's it, maybe just occasionally Botox," she explained.

She understands very well why many fellow artists choose the path of plastic surgery to perfect their appearance. According to her, it is part of the way to honor oneself and also a form of professionalism in the entertainment industry. She is fully aware that appearance is one of the main assets on stage.

"Actually, maybe it's because of this, it honors us to honor ourselves. For example, other friends who are still in the entertainment world, if they look bad, they are criticized, so they will definitely try to make themselves beautiful, which is fine, because after all, the ones paying also want to see beauty," she concluded.
