Kapanlagi.com - The long trial over Dipo Latief's report regarding the alleged assault committed by Nikita Mirzani finally reaches its final stage. Today, Wednesday (15/7), the panel of judges finally declares Niki guilty and imposes a 6-month sentence with 12 months probation.
Meaning, Niki doesn't have to serve time in prison, but will be under supervision. If during the probation period she misbehaves again, then this COMIC 8 film star will be immediately thrown into prison without trial. The court's decision is greeted with tears of joy by Niki.
"I cried because Niki is finally tired and it's over, that's it. And finally Niki gets justice after all this time, Niki never got justice before. This year Niki can get justice for herself and her children, that's it," said the mother of 3 children after the trial at the South Jakarta District Court on Wednesday (15/7).
Instead of being sad for being declared guilty and sentenced to 12 months probation, Niki and her team felt relieved. Fitri Sahulteru, Niki's best friend, explained the reason.
"The verdict was very touching. Why? During this trial, Niki was accused of various things, accused of assault until she was badly injured. The judge was very objective in observing the incident but she should not be sentenced to prison. It means that Niki doesn't have to go to prison with a probation sentence. The most important thing is that Niki doesn't go to prison," Fitri continued.

Niki has often been going back and forth to the court for various different issues. However, she feels relieved because slowly but surely her problems are being resolved one by one.
"Yes (2020) had a lot of trials, a lot of misfortunes. But Alhamdulillah, one by one, they can be resolved well," Niki concluded.
