Nindy Ayunda Affirms Not Involved and Did Not Provide Any Assistance to Dito Mahendra

Kapanlagi.com - On Wednesday, May 31, 2023, Nindy Ayunda returned to the Bareskrim Mabes Polri to fulfill the second summons from the investigators. Nindy was questioned as a witness in connection with the alleged hiding of the suspect Dito Mahendra.

For approximately eight hours, Nindy underwent questioning by the investigators. In the questioning, Nindy Ayunda was grilled with 40 questions.

1. Reluctant to Reveal Examination Results

However, unfortunately, when asked further, Nindy Ayunda, who was accompanied by her legal team, refused to elaborate on the examination she underwent.

"We conducted the examination with respect as it was an investigative examination. We came to this place and answered approximately 40 questions, but our stance from the beginning regarding the examination material cannot be disclosed out of respect for the ongoing investigation," said Nindy Ayunda's legal team at Bareskrim Mabes Polri on Wednesday night, May 31.

2. Not Hiding Dito

Nindy Ayunda's legal team also emphasized that their client never hid the suspect, Dito Mahendra. They also explained that Nindy never provided any assistance to Dito.

"But it is important to note that Ms. Nindy never hid Dito. Secondly, Ms. Nindy never provided any assistance, so she cannot be found now," he said.

In addition, Nindy's legal team also stressed that their client was not involved in the illegal firearms possession case of Dito Mahendra.

"Specifically for the gun agenda. And we also say that Ms. Nindy was never involved in any way regarding the existence of firearms in Mas Dito's house," he said.
