"Therefore, that's all I can say for now, because usually if you want to register, the documents must be submitted 10 days before the wedding ceremony, and after checking with my staff, there has been no registration under the name Nissa Sabyan. Maybe in the future, if there is further information, we will convey it," added Ahmad Fauzi.
Nissa Sabyan herself lives in the Jatiwaringin Bekasi area, if it is true that she will get married, she must deliver the documents to the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) Pondok Gede.
"According to information from the sub-district located in the Pondok Gede District. But for marriage, it can be anywhere she wants to request a marriage recommendation. If she wants to get married outside, she can make a recommendation letter," he said.
Ahmad Fauzi said that every couple who wants to get married can be represented by someone else to deliver the documents. The important thing is that the prospective bride and groom have given a power of attorney.
"For representation, there is a power of attorney. But for the examination of the prospective bride and groom, they must be present because there is marriage guidance. So, 10 days (before the wedding day) they must have already submitted the documents, because later if there are any inputs or something, it can be cross-checked. So, they cannot directly register for marriage," Ahmad Fauzi concluded.
