No Intention to Evict, Aldi Bragi Still Hasn't Left Ririn Dwi Ariyanti's House Despite Official Divorce

Kapanlagi.com - The couple Aldi Bragi and Ririn Dwi Ariyanti have officially divorced. Their divorce verdict was read by the Panel of Judges of the South Jakarta Religious Court on December 31, 2021.

After the verdict, Aldi and Ririn were involved in a quarrel. The reason is that Aldi is still staying at Ririn's house even though the divorce decree has been read by the panel of judges.

"Yesterday, there were many questions from friends in the media, whether Aldi is still staying at Ririn's house after the verdict (31/12/2021). The answer at that time was still. Until a few weeks after the divorce verdict, Aldi still stayed at Ririn's house. Still occupying the main bedroom," said Ririn's lawyer, Riri Purbasari when contacted on Friday (11/2/2022).

Aldi's attitude finally made Ririn annoyed. From there, a quarrel arose between Ririn and Aldi. Ririn questioned why Aldi still lived in her house. Even though they have officially divorced.

"Until finally Ririn, who started to get annoyed, questioned it, 'you who divorced me, now we are already divorced, but why are you still insisting on living in my house?'"," said Riri.

"So there was a quarrel, and finally Aldi left Ririn's house. So now Aldi has moved out of Ririn's house," Riri added.

2. No Intention to Evict

Riri asserts that Ririn never intended to evict Aldi. Ririn's attitude is due to their official divorce. However, Aldi has left the house. Now, they are trying to maintain good communication for the sake of their children.

"But he still often comes back because until now Ririn has not restricted Aldi from spending time with the children, because it happens that the children have free time. But I want to clarify here that Ririn has no intention to evict Aldi," said Riri.

3. Shouldn't Live Together Anymore

This is normal and legally, they are no longer husband and wife, so they shouldn't live together anymore. And because it's Ririn's house, it is reasonable for Aldi to understand and leave the house.

But now Aldi is no longer at Ririn's house and their communication is good, they are united for the sake of the children," concluded Riri.

4. Children Already Understand

Ririn admitted that in this divorce, her three children, Siti Alana Kalyani, Siti Alecia Kaira, and Ramy Alfie Utomo, already understand the situation experienced by their parents.

"Alhamdulillah, the children already understand the situation. I continuously communicate the situation to them honestly and exchange thoughts. It's a matter of time. God willing, me and the children will be fine," said Ririn.

5. Becoming a Single Parent

Now, Ririn Dwi Ariyanti holds a new status as a single parent or the sole parent of her three children, Siti Alana Kalyani, Siti Alecia Kaira, and Ramy Alfie Utom. Ririn admitted that she is ready for her new status.

"Of course, I am ready to go through this process. This is a mutual decision, not a one-sided divorce," said Ririn Dwi Ariyanti at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Thursday (10/2/2022).
