Audy Item came to the Bekasi Metro Police Station to fulfill the call to become a witness in the alleged assault case committed by Iko Uwais.
Getting out of the car, Audy immediately greeted the journalists who had been waiting for her since morning.
After giving a testimony to the police, this 39-year-old woman held a press conference regarding the case involving her husband.
During the interrogation, Audy received 14 questions from the investigators.
Audy herself is one of the 6 witnesses presented by the police.
In her opportunity, Audy also stated that what her husband did was purely self-defense.
"My husband was purely defending himself because he saw his brother being threatened by Rudi, so he defended himself," said Audy.
Audy knows exactly what her husband's nature is like. Therefore, she doubts Rudi's (the alleged victim) statement that Iko Uwais was involved in a gang attack.
After several hours of interrogation, Audy looked tired but also relieved. She handed over this case to the authorities.
After returning from the Bekasi Metro Police, Audy Item took the time to greet the media again by giving a two-finger sign.
